2001 to date
Position : Executive Co-ordinator
Undertook numerous confidential projects, feasibility studies
and research for the Chairman/CEO. The work ranged from assisting a charity to relocate to new premises, to
researching the Group’s possible involvement in a prestigious
sailing event, to managing and participating in a selection
process to appoint an agency to develop the concept for a new
Group Visitor and Learning/Brand Centre.
Latterly, given the unexpected delays to our occupation of the
new headquarters, I was also tasked with the logistics and
management of supporting the consolidation and temporary
relocation of Group Companies. In this role I also assisted with
the fit out of the new Group facility at the McLaren Technology
Centre.
Reason for Role has diminished as Chairmain/CEO has progressively

TAG McLaren Marketing Services (1991-2001)
Position : Head of Special Projects
Continued to develop logistical, co-ordination and Managerial
experience on a variety of tasks including confidential research and initial set up of a Land Speed Record project,
establishment of an official supporters club including editing a
monthly publication, co-ordinating McLaren’s involvement in a
national karting series, managing a modern in-house A/V
facility used for Partner presentations, overall responsibility
for the Adrenaline Programme, a worldwide marketing initiative
based around the running of a two seater Formula One car,
co-ordinating a 3 month tour of the Far East with a prestigious
McLaren F1 road car(approx £500k) for demonstrations with
high profile customers,managing a two year features filming
initiative for our main Partner to enhance/develop brand
awareness and association with McLaren. I also managed/co-
ordinated numerous activities for Partners as diverse as
Formula One car launches, xmas parties at venues such as
Alexandra Palace, visits by royalty and international VIPs,
press conferences to name but a cross section of activity.

Tyrrell Racing Organisation Ltd (1990)
Position : Head of Marketing
Main responsibilities were to ensure consistent servicing of
existing and new Partner accounts predominantly brokered by
TAG McLaren Marketing Services.
Reason for Both the Chairman and Managing Director were resolutely
Departure established in their work practices some of which
conflicted with objectives set by Ron Dennis and ultimately led to the termination of the partnership.
TAG McLaren Marketing Services (1986-1990)
Position : Marketing Co-ordinator
Responsibilities included setting up, running and hosting
bespoke Grand Prix hospitality facility at European events.
Assigned to Partner photographic and filming shoots to
coordinate McLaren’s involvement and ensure a consistent
portrayal of the brand. Retained an overall management role
in respect of the clothing department.
Reason for Ron Dennis seconded me to manage a new marketing
Departure initiative with the Tyrrell Racing Organisation.
McLaren International Ltd (1984-1986)
Position : Technical Buyer/Team Clothing Co-ordinator
Assisted with purchase of specialist components and materials,
maintained central stores. Co-ordinated distribution and
allocation of Partner branded pit lane clothing and travel
uniform associated with our attendance at Grands Prix.
Reason for Natural progression within organization into

Responsibilities included preparation of accounting records,
